The team are all experienced emergency services professionals who regularly use their first aid in the real world, are able to tailor the training to your needs, to give you the confidence to give immediate first aid in an emergency.

John plant

John spent 30 years in the LFB and established, Life Safety training in 2008 following a 5 year attachment to The London Fire Brigade training department; he predominantly trained Ff’s in First Aid, but also anything else that needed training at the time!

Following a career in helping people and assisting during many first aid & lifesaving situations, he continues to spread the word in how to deal with all types of incidents by utilising his personal experiences, and the experiences of thousands that have attended his courses.

He runs the operational side of the business

When not training he spends time with his 5 grandsons, enjoys kayaking and trying to catch fish!!

Michelle Plant - Life Safety Training

Michelle plant

Michelle is the Boss and also a practicing Occupational Therapist and when not doing OT and Boss things, she looks after the course development, office ordering and administration of courses.

She loves the grandsons! Yoga, keep fit, and Kayaking.

Allan Dennis

After spending seven years in the Royal Navy as an Able Seaman and Weapons Instructor, Allan joined the London Fire Brigade in 1990.

He is a qualified instructor, teaching First Aid for both Adults and Paediatrics, he has a wealth of teaching and practical First Aid experience, and continues to help save lives whilst working as both a First Aider and Fire marshal at the International F1 race circuits.

Glenn Eminson - Life Safety Training

Glenn Eminson

Glenn’s background is in the fire service where he has spent 30 years attending various incidents; He became an instructor in the London Fire Brigade Training department teaching FF’s First Aid & Breathing Apparatus, and even had time to earn The Certificate in Education (the professional qualification for teachers in the United Kingdom).

Now retired from the LFB, he enjoys teaching First Aid and is a Fire Marshal at Twickenham Stadium.
